Maria Fallon

Marana, Arizona

Maria has taught for the past 8 years in the Marana Unified School District and has enjoyed every moment teaching first and second grade. She graduated with her Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from the University of Arizona and in 2018, she achieved National Board Certification as an Early Childhood Generalist. Her passion for advocating for high-quality education, cultivating a love of learning within her students, and growing the profession is evident by her involvement in her school, district, and community.  Maria currently leads her school’s Instructional Leadership Team, supports National Board candidates through their certification process, and continues to seek opportunities to learn, grow, and advocate for education in Arizona.
